These terms and conditions ("Agreement" below) refer to online shopping. Xover Clothing is the selling party. We use the words "we", "our", "us" and "Xover" that refers to Xover Clothing, "the Customer" or "you" is the buying party.

To place an order on www.xoverclothing.com you need to be an individual aged 18 years and older, or younger but with consent of a legal guardian or a parent. 

By placing an order on www.xoverclothing.com you approve of our terms and conditions and agree to comply this whole agreement. Conditions or part thereof of this Agreement that deviate from mandatory law is without effect to the extent that the incident is not in favor of the customer. This provision applies only if the customer is a private individual and that the purchase relates to private consumption.
